My mom and I are on a road trip and we just stopped for groceries only to notice that the undercarriage cover was hanging down on the passenger side. Looks like the people who changed the oil last forgot something.... we quickly pulled into Higley Ford and were met outside by a friendly gentleman who knew we needed help. Our car was in and out of the garage within 20 minutes even though they had other work to do. Very thankful for the fast and friendly service at Higley Ford...5 stars indeed!
