I recently bought a truck from them and had issues as soon as i got home. I let LA Motors know, figuring I'd just be ignored and just the opposite, they sent me a part to try out. Well didn't work so got it looked at and issue was a little more than I bargained for, so I let them know again thinking I would be told not our problem, not so, they said bring it back down and we'll take care of it! They delivered it back a majority of the way and its been running good. Long story but thought it be helpful. I wasn't expecting that kind of service after the purchase, but they made it right in the end. Thanks again guys
We had a great experience there. They started way off on there number for my trade-in but listened to what we had to say and researched it more and we were able to come up with agreeable numbers. Very accommodating especially because we drove 4 1/2 hours to look at one of there trucks which is now sitting in my driveway. Just bought a 2012 f350. Sweet truck. I had a 3 hr drive to there location so Tyler worked with me over the phone and gave me what I needed for trade in through pictures via text before I drove down there.
